In a fit of psychedelic inspiration, Zach decided to don the apparatus of a mushroom for Halloween 2000 in Castro.

Despite his clear mushroom-like appearance, passers-by continually mistook him for Jesus, and told him so! These repetetive misconceptions prompted Zach to decide in advance on his next Halloween costume, in which he will appear as, "Not Jesus".
